NOTE [ISO19111] is new in v0.2 and is cited only so that a georeference names its coordinate reference system in a recognized way. This specification does not otherwise depend on geographic information standards.
NOTE Unit codes are defined in Annex C rather than adopted from an external registry. Annex C.3 publishes a mapping to the Unified Code for Units of Measure for implementations that need one; that mapping is informative and no conformance requirement depends on it.
