Conformance

Targets claimed: package, importer, exporter, roundTrip. Profile: core-intent, against BUS v0.2. See the registry entry, caveats included.

busref is normative in exactly one respect: where it disagrees with the specification, the specification wins and busref has a bug. Five clarifications in v0.2 came from writing it.
